Production Time

All orders are custom-produced after artwork approval. Production time begins once you approve your digital proof.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. For bulk orders, contact us directly for shipping cost estimates.

  • Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over certain thresholds (varies by promotion)
  • Expedited and overnight shipping charges are calculated in real-time at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within your expected production time, contact us immediately.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before submitting your order
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address corrections after printing may result in additional shipping charges

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date
  2. Provide photos of any damaged packaging or products
  3. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly
  4. Replacement orders will be processed as quickly as possible at no additional cost for carrier-related damage

Returns & Reprints

Because all orders are custom-produced, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or design changes after production begins. However, we stand behind our quality with a 100% satisfaction guarantee:

  • If your stickers do not match the approved digital proof, we will reprint your order at no charge
  • Quality issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery with supporting photos
  • We do not reprint orders for design changes requested after production approval
