All orders are custom-produced after artwork approval. Production time begins once you approve your digital proof.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within your expected production time, contact us immediately.
Delivery Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before submitting your order
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address corrections after printing may result in additional shipping charges
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date
- Provide photos of any damaged packaging or products
- We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly
- Replacement orders will be processed as quickly as possible at no additional cost for carrier-related damage
Returns & Reprints
Because all orders are custom-produced, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or design changes after production begins. However, we stand behind our quality with a 100% satisfaction guarantee:
- If your stickers do not match the approved digital proof, we will reprint your order at no charge
- Quality issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery with supporting photos
- We do not reprint orders for design changes requested after production approval
